JSC Ampermagnit actively implements innovative solutions using artificial intelligence to optimize the design of electrical machines, aimed at improving electromechanical characteristics, reducing the weight of components and minimizing production costs.

Our proposal is aimed at achieving the following key results:

Improving electromechanical characteristics:
Optimizing the operation of an electric machine by improving the distribution of the magnetic field, increasing efficiency and increasing power while maintaining or improving operating parameters.

Reducing the weight of the product:
Developing design solutions to reduce the weight of the entire machine or its individual components without compromising strength and reliability. The use of modern materials and technologies will allow for a significant reduction in weight.

Reducing production costs:
Analyzing current design solutions to identify opportunities for cost optimization. Developing recommendations for simplifying the design (e.g. reducing the weight of permanent magnets or copper in windings), which will lead to a reduction in production costs and a reduction in the cost of the product.
